Summerlicious @ Anney's Kitchen

Lately we're both low on cash and don't have time to go downtown for summerlicious.. I decided to cook us a feast!

I made a three course meal:



Soup - Clam chowder
scallops, bacon bits, corn, potato

Salad - Rotini salad
rotini, bacon bits, egg, cheese flakes, lime juice, thousand island dressing

Entree - Honey garlic chicken with lime wedge
roasted honey garlic chicken with saltee broccoli and twice baked potato on the side
